■NAKAYAMA Haruna
Born in 1980 in Chiba Prefecture, she completed her graduate studies in Intermedia Art at Tokyo University of the Arts. Since her time as a student, she has been exploring artistic expressions using food. After working at a community development NPO and an architectural design firm, she began using food as a communication tool in collaboration with public institutions and production sites. Her work includes supervising “Cocoiku” at Isetan Shinjuku, contributing to Tohoku Taberu Tsushin (Hanamaki City), and participating in art exhibitions such as Foodscape (Arts Maebashi, 2016), Michinooku Art Festival Yamagata Biennale (Tohoku University of Art and Design, 2016), and Yokohama Paratriennale (2017, 2020).
